Sexual Violence is not about uncontrollable desires, lust, or the way that the victim behaves or is dressed. It is an attempt to control and wield power over the victim.

Everybody has the right to refuse sexual activity at any time. Sexual activity must be consensual. Consent happens when everyone involved in any kind of sexual activity choose to take part in that activity. They have to have the freedom, and ability to make that choice.
