Information and Resources

After experiencing crime and trauma there may be a need to connect you with services, programs, organizations, and agencies to help you on your healing journey. It can be overwhelming, having to navigate this process by yourself, when you are in the midst of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, sadness, anger, etc.

Our advocates, with your input and collaboration, can formulate a resource list and provide you with any and all information you may need or want to be able to get you fully supported. 

There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to healing and accessing resources. Everyone has different needs because we are all different. Our trauma, experiences, culture, lifestyle, morals, values, and goals are all different. There are many resources out there and not all of them will be beneficial for you, so finding resources for you is a personal journey and may require some back and forth until you find what works.
